Partner Portal Access Terms

These terms govern access to the Altheray Partner Portal. They do not create a supply, agency, distribution, introduction or commission arrangement; any such commercial relationship is governed by a separate written agreement.

1. Authority and account information

By creating a Partner Account, you confirm that you are authorised to act for the organisation you register. You must provide accurate, current information and keep account credentials secure.

2. Portal purpose

The Partner Portal lets organisations maintain company and product information, respond to sourcing requests, exchange documents and manage their relationship with Altheray. Access to the Portal does not itself oblige either party to buy, sell, represent, introduce or pay commission.

3. Content and uploads

You confirm that you have the right to upload the information and files you provide. You retain ownership of your content. You give Altheray permission to host, process and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate the Portal, review your account and work with your organisation.

Public or promotional use of your organisation name or logo is a separate choice in your Partner Account and is not granted merely by accepting these terms.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Portal to upload unlawful, malicious or infringing material, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service or misuse another organisation’s account.

5. Security and availability

Altheray uses reasonable technical and organisational safeguards and may temporarily restrict or suspend access for security, abuse prevention, maintenance or legal reasons.

6. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Altheray Privacy Notice. Marketing or public-logo permissions are separate from these access terms.

7. Changes to these terms

If these access terms change materially, Altheray may ask you to accept the updated version before continuing to use the Portal.

8. Governing law

These Portal access terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
